Two things are worth checking before you book anyone in.

The vehicle crossing between your boundary and the kerb belongs to Mornington Peninsula Shire, and works affecting it usually need a permit. We will flag it at the quote if yours needs attention.

The second is overlays. A lot of Peninsula properties sit under vegetation, environmental or coastal planning overlays, and they affect more than you might expect. Do you pour new concrete driveways in Safety Beach?
