Areas We Service Across Melbourne

Looking for concrete resurfacing or driveway restoration near you? Start here.

We're a licensed, accredited resurfacing contractor working across Melbourne, with the heaviest concentration through the south-east. Fifteen years of driveways, patios, warehouse floors, playgrounds and council spaces, all resurfaced over existing concrete rather than ripped out and re-poured.

Find your area below, or call 0422 212 929 and we'll tell you in thirty seconds whether we cover you.

Are we near you?

We work across three main regions, plus wider Melbourne for commercial and council projects.

Casey and Cardinia — Pakenham, Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hampton Park
Greater Dandenong — Springvale, Springvale South, Keysborough
Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula — Frankston, Langwarrin, Safety Beach

That's where we work most often. It isn't a boundary. We travel across metropolitan Melbourne for residential work and considerably further for commercial, industrial, education and council projects.

Casey and Cardinia

Melbourne's south-east growth corridor. Reactive clay soils through much of the area, and a large volume of estate concrete now reaching the point where the surface fails before the slab does.

Concrete resurfacing in Pakenham → New-estate driveways at the age where the surface goes first. Cardinia Shire vehicle crossings are the thing that catches people out here.

Driveway resurfacing in Berwick → Sloped driveways, mature trees lifting slabs, and pool surrounds. Slip resistance is the main specification rather than an upgrade.

We also service Cranbourne, Narre Warren and Hampton Park across the same corridor, along with Officer, Beaconsfield, Harkaway, Endeavour Hills, Clyde and Lynbrook.

Greater Dandenong

Established post-war housing, a high proportion of unit blocks with shared driveways, and one of the larger concentrations of logistics and light industrial property in the state. We do as much commercial floor coating here as residential driveway work.

Concrete resurfacing in Springvale → Older driveways, owners corporation shared access ways, and commercial kitchen floors along the retail strip. Covering Springvale South as well.

Concrete resurfacing in Keysborough → Split between residential driveways and warehouse floors through the Cheltenham Road and Perry Road industrial estates.

We also work throughout Dandenong, Dandenong South, Noble Park, Clayton and Braeside.

Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula

Coastal exposure changes what works. Salt and UV mean a finish has to be genuinely UV-stable rather than nominally so, and pool surrounds make up a far larger share of the work than they do inland.

We service Frankston, where driveway painting and recoating is in unusually high demand alongside resurfacing, Langwarrin, which has the broadest service spread of any of our areas, and Safety Beach and the coastal strip through Dromana and Mount Martha.

Commercial, industrial and council projects

Our service area for commercial work is wider than for residential. We've delivered projects for retail, logistics, education, local government and parks and recreation across the metropolitan area and beyond.

If you're a facility manager, building owner, school business manager or council officer, distance is rarely the constraint. Tell us where the site is and what the surface has to do, and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.

Service area FAQs

Who does driveway resurfacing near me in Melbourne?

We do, across the south-east, Greater Dandenong, Frankston and the Peninsula, and we travel wider for commercial work. What separates contractors in this trade is preparation and product. Ask any applicator you're considering what system they're using, whether they're accredited for it, and how they're preparing the existing slab. If a quote doesn't mention preparation, the price isn't comparable to one that does.

My suburb isn't listed. Does that mean you don't cover it?

No. The areas above are where we work most often, not a boundary. If you're in metropolitan Melbourne, call and ask. If someone closer would serve you better, we'll tell you, which saves you time either way.

How far do you travel for commercial work?

Considerably further than for residential. If you're managing a site, a school, a facility or a council asset outside our usual residential area, ask regardless of distance.

Can you resurface rather than replace?

Almost always, provided the slab is structurally sound. That's the entire basis of what we do. Surface wear, fading, hairline cracking, staining and dated finishes are all resurfacing jobs. A slab that's dropped, rocks underfoot or has cracked right through is a replacement job, and we'll tell you honestly at the quote rather than coat over a problem that comes back.
